Tampa Lakes Health & Rehabilitation is a 179-bed Skilled Nursing facility in Lutz, Florida and is designed for culture change based on the national movement for more individualized care. We are dedicated to improving the outcome and functional ability of each individual. We focus on the individual needs of each of our patients and partner with physicians, patients, and their families to ensure successful patient outcomes. Our facility offers a wide range of amenities and services specializing in short-stay rehab, long-stay care, and memory care.
Our facility features a neighborhood style design offering six neighborhoods, each with their own dining area and activity space. Every patient will have access to one of our four spa rooms and access to multiple outdoor living areas. All these features, and more, are consistent with the design changes that have transformed the modern health care center.
Our facility features a 3000+ sq ft Therapy Gym and putting green. Equipped with specialized therapeutic modalities and assistance from experts in their fields, our patients have the resources and support to achieve their highest level of functional independence.
